Get your repairs and lifts processed quickly

To get your order processed quickly, reduce the handling time.  Make sure you have completed an order form prior to shipping your project so we have your name, correct email address, needs and correct return shipping address upfront.  Make sure you know what you need prior to shipping.  If you are not sure, you can email us or book a time to meet with us to help you determine what you need.

Take the time to make sure that we know what you are shipping belongs to you before it arrives at our location.  You can do this on the order form (link to order form) or you can email us prior to shipping with a note to say to us you are sending in a project and describe what you are shipping and when you plan to ship to us.

If you are shipping directly to us from another company, make sure your name is somewhere on the box or on the paperwork in the box.  

We need a way to link the shipment to you upon arrival.
